Lesson 2-1: To move to another planet, we need to build a robot. Based on Lego Inventor, we will build a robot platform, connect it and learn how to program.
Lesson 2-2: When moving to another planet, the robot may encounter impenetrable difficulties and obstacles. To solve this problem, we will install a robotic arm on our platform. She will be able to turn in different directions, move objects, and if she finds something valuable, she will be able to load it onto her body and take it to the intergalactic camp.
Lesson 3-1: To live on another planet, we need a home. This house must be equipped with the latest technology. Everything will have to be automated there, and work autonomously. In the first lesson, we will consider the Arduino microcontroller, which acts as the center of a smart home, and lighting control.
Lesson 3-2: As we continue our study of the Martian home, we will come across various kinds of sensors. We will learn how to measure humidity and temperature, react to the presence of magnetic field, earthquake detection and much more.
Lesson 4-1: Echo VR is one of the best simulators of zero gravity. Students will travel in space, learn to travel across the spaceship and perform tasks.
Lesson 4-2: To take off and land a rocket, you need to calculate a lot of all sorts of variables. Literally everything is important there, speed, gravity, temperature, etc. This day, with the help of Python programming, we will learn how to create flight paths (drawings). And we will also create a computer game.
Lesson 5-1: For a rocket to fly well, it is important to design and assemble it correctly. The children will use plastic bottles to build a two-module rocket, think of a parachute system, and take the rocket home with them at the end of the day.
Lesson 5-2: What makes rockets fly straight? What makes rockets fly far? Why use water to make the rocket fly? Students are challenged to design and build rockets from two-liter plastic soda bottles that travel as far and straight as possible or stay aloft as long as possible. Teams design for maximum distance or hang time; adding a parachute is optional.
